I am the head of Devops at Barclays in the Chief Security office - my focus is on building the platforms to enable rapid role out of security services to safeguard the bank. This includes delivering scalable, resilient and secure infrastructure with an ethos of everything as code; from configuration to governance. My experience driving DevOps transformation across banks in Lloyds, RBS and Barclays has led me to thinking about resilience by design, automation as a standard and recursive improvement in the goal of delivering security at the speed of DevOps.
