Allen is a software engineer at Airbnb and has worked across the tech stack and on product and infrastructure organizations in both individual contributor and engineering manager roles. He received his bachelors degree in Computer Science from UCLA and has previously worked at Yahoo and Microsoft. For the last 5 years, Allen has worked on guest growth for various business at Airbnb, most recently Lux, where he led the post acquisition web migration of Luxury Retreats.
