Denny is an Agile Team Coach with 5+ years of experience in leading, teaching, mentoring and coaching Agile teams of different maturity levels and scaling. Next to leading Agile teams, Denny is also a trainer inside Bosch Digital, delivering knowledge and inspiration to new talents. She creates specialized workshops and facilitates work sessions for different teams, based on their needs, where they find themselves in maturity, and knowledge-base. Denny works with distributed teams, her background allows her to understand individuals’ needs and enable distributed teams to collaborate with ease. She has lived in Sofia (BG), Cardiff (UK), Glasgow (UK) and is currently residing in Berlin, (DE).
Pop in your job: My motivators are seeing how my teams and organization succeed. My day is successful if I have enabled at least one person to become their better selves. I’m excited to create space for individuals and teams to do their best work, which makes them proud in a way they can mark their day also as a success on their terms!
