Neetu Jain is a Strategic Innovation Director at USAA, where on the creation and adaptation of new and emerging technologies in the property claims space. In her earlier role, she was leading a portfolio of B2D products that are still paving the path to digital transformation for the company by bringing in a culture of DevSecOps and continuous learning.

Prior to that, she has been an offering manager at IBM leading the cloud network security product portfolio, where she launched multiple new B2C and B2B offerings. Neetu has also spent a decade in software engineering with various companies like HP, ST microelectronics and Interra systems. She is passionate about using technology for good and sharing her learnings with others to enhance tribal knowledge. Neetu loves to talk about topics at the intersection of Product Management, Open Source, SRE, Developer Experience, and Security.
