Julia is currently building a DevOps organization within the IT department of BMW for a mainly SAP environment. She specialized in project management, IT operations and process change management with a focus in SAP SD/FI/CO applications in the last years.

In her former role, Julia recruited new talents for her department and developed also the training concept for new employees in order to establish the right skills for the future roles. Connecting these past experiences with the current role, Julia wants to combine the technical components of DevOps with the topic’s human aspects.

Her academic background lies in a M.A. in Philosophy, Japanese Language and Communication Science at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich.
