I am a passionate agile practitioner working at SimCorp as a Development Manager focused on learning, people and strategy. I’m super interested in topics about personal and organizational development with the purpose of getting business adaptability. I've taken part in and helped drive two agile transformations - one not so successful, the other still in progress and in a better shape. I have previously served as “DevOps” Developer and Scrum Master and have today moved to the "dark side" - people management.
