Patrick has worked at BASF since 2005. He started his time within BASF’s IT in technical and management roles within several global SAP and BI projects. He went on to lead an organizational design project to implement BASF’s new operating model in the IT and Supply Chain units. His operating model experiences formed a platform for kick-starting the implementation of DevOps and agile methods in IT. Currently, he is heading the transformation team for agile and DevOps practices. The team drives and supports the delivery units on BASF’s agility journey and is supporting the adoption of the following motto: Launch, Learn, Adapt.
