Rasmus is partner and innovation strategist in the strategic innovation agency IS IT A BIRD based in Copenhagen. Rasmus’ passion and field of expertise is user centric innovation and the building of innovation capacity in organizations. Rasmus has been involved in hundreds of innovation processes over the last decade, and has an informal and creative approach to consulting and to leading innovation. Rasmus believe that the solutions of the future can’t always build on the experiences of the past and therefore we must be open up to the new. It takes courage and willpower if we do not only want to reproduce the existing but want to be creators of solutions for the needs of the future. Rasmus hold a MSc in digital design and communication from the IT University in Copenhagen supplemented with studies in Design Thinking from Stanford University.
