As part of Riverbed's Global Center of Excellence, Richard consults with companies around the world to help them better manage their digital experience by understanding current performance levels, identifying issues, determining root-cause and proactively adapting systems to avoid incidents. This includes assisting in the design, implementation, and continual improvement of integrated visibility solutions across IT disciplines compliant with the organizations' Service Management goals. Prior to joining Riverbed, Richard worked in Security and DevOps in the Insurance, Travel, and Education industries.
