Sylvain has spent last 17+ years in fast-growing software companies and startups. He is currently an Innovation Program Manager in the Corporate Strategic Innovation Group at Cisco.

Passionate about new technologies and innovation, Sylvain is currently in charge of Cisco Innovation Hub, Cisco’s go-to-portal for innovation. This is where the entire Cisco workforce can bring their great ideas to the forefront. The Hub provides support to nurture and move innovative ideas forward, inspiring and engaging the next generation of “intrapreneurs” from all organizations across 90+ countries.

Prior to that, Sylvain has also led the Cisco Technology Radar, a company-wide technology intelligence effort focusing on identifying, selecting and disseminating information about new technological developments, trends, threats and opportunities to decision makers across Cisco.
