I started my professional career as a project manager at bonprix, being responsible for a program that managed the creation and buying of our products. My background of studying international management helped while working with the offshore development team in Mumbai. In my 10 years at bonprix I have also worked as a team lead for support and operations and transitioned into leading our development team and being responsible for our approx. 50 offshore developers in Mumbai (India), Plovdiv (Bulgaria) and Lima (Peru). 2014 and 2015 I have introduced our software to our daughter company “Venus.com” in the USA, being responsible for everything from training, change management and requirements engineering to day-to-day operations. Since 2018 I am responsible for the international rollout of our software in the USA and Brazil.
