Torsten Rehfisch works for Generali Deutschland Informatik Services GmbH since summer 2005.
After his three year apprenticeship he designed and developed custom configurationmanagement-,  build- and deployment-solutions for mainframe z/OS applications for about six years. From 2014  till 2016 he was product owner of a scrum team that developed custom deployment solutions for  XebiaLabs' XL Deploy. Furthermore the team led the switch to full descriptive deployments at  Generali for the IBM Websphere plattform to enable blue-green-releasing. Since fall 2016 he is product owner of a scrumban-team that provides development-, build- and deployment-solutions for JEE applications. In summer 2017 the team introduced pipeline support in Jenkins to enable continuous  delivery and is continuously working on further tool-integrations for pipelines.
